Shipping policy

When will my blanket arrive?

Please allow approximately 7–10 working days from placing your order to delivery.

Each blanket is made to order, with around 5–7 working days for personalisation before dispatch, followed by free tracked UK delivery. We’ll email your tracking details once it’s on its way.

Delivery times are estimates, not guaranteed arrival dates. Working days exclude weekends and UK bank holidays.
