Shipping policy

We currently offer free tracked delivery within the United Kingdom.

Each personalised blanket is made to order. Please allow 5–7 working days for personalisation before dispatch. Delivery time begins after the order has been dispatched.

Once your order has been dispatched, tracking information will be sent to the email address provided at checkout.

Please check that your delivery address is complete and correct before placing your order. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after production or dispatch has begun.

If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us with your order number so that we can investigate.
