This website is operated by Nuzzle & Name. Throughout the website, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Nuzzle & Name.

Nuzzle & Name offers this website, including all information, products, features and services available through it, to you subject to these Terms of Service.

By visiting our website or purchasing from us, you agree to these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy, Return and Refund Policy and Shipping Policy. If you do not agree, you should not use our website or services.

Our online store is hosted by Shopify, which provides the ecommerce platform that enables us to offer our products and services.

1. Eligibility and use of the website

You must be at least the age of legal majority in your country or have permission from a parent or legal guardian to use this website.

You may use our website only for lawful purposes. You must not use the website to violate any law, infringe intellectual property rights, transmit harmful code, attempt unauthorised access or interfere with the operation or security of the website.

2. Product information

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, dimensions, materials, colours and images are accurate.

Colours and appearance may vary slightly depending on your screen settings, lighting and the nature of the printing and manufacturing process. Minor variations that are normal for a made-to-order textile product will not necessarily be considered defects.

The personalised baby blanket is made to order using the name and design selected by the customer.

Product availability, designs, specifications and prices may be updated or discontinued without prior notice.

3. Personalisation

You are responsible for checking the spelling, capitalisation and chosen design before placing your order.

The personalisation will be produced using the information submitted with the order. We are not responsible for errors entered or approved by the customer.

If you notice an error after ordering, contact us immediately at hello@nuzzleandname.co.uk. We will try to help, but changes or cancellations cannot be guaranteed once the order has entered production.

We reserve the right to refuse personalisation containing unlawful, abusive, discriminatory or infringing content.

4. Orders and acceptance

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase.

After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation. We reserve the right to reject or cancel an order where:

• Payment cannot be authorised.

• Product or pricing information contains a material error.

• The requested personalisation cannot be produced.

• We reasonably suspect fraud or unlawful activity.

• The product becomes unavailable.

If we cancel an order after payment has been taken, we will refund the relevant amount to the original payment method.

5. Prices and payment

Prices are displayed in pounds sterling (GBP).

The price shown at checkout is the total product price payable, together with any additional charges clearly displayed before the order is submitted.

Personalisation and free tracked UK delivery are included where stated on the product page.

You must provide accurate and complete billing, payment and contact information. By submitting payment details, you confirm that you are authorised to use the selected payment method.

Payments are processed securely by Shopify and the payment providers available at checkout.

6. Production and delivery

Every personalised blanket is made to order.

Please allow approximately 5–7 working days for production before dispatch unless a different timeframe is shown at checkout or communicated to you.

UK orders are sent using a tracked delivery service. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by carriers, severe weather, peak periods, incorrect addresses or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. Contact us immediately if you notice an error. We cannot guarantee address changes after production or dispatch has started.

Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory consumer rights relating to delivery.

7. Returns, refunds and cancellations

Because personalised products are made specifically using the information supplied by the customer, they cannot normally be returned, exchanged or cancelled because of a change of mind.

This does not affect your statutory rights if an item is faulty, damaged, not as described or different from what you ordered.

8. Damaged, faulty or incorrect items

Please inspect your order after delivery and contact us promptly if it is damaged, defective, materially different from its description or different from what you ordered.

Email hello@nuzzleandname.co.uk with your order number, a description of the issue and clear photographs.

After reviewing the request, we will provide an appropriate remedy in accordance with applicable law, which may include a replacement, repair or refund.

9. Safe use and care

Customers are responsible for following the care instructions supplied with the product or displayed on the product page.

The blanket is intended for supervised cuddles, pram use and gifting. Babies should always be supervised when using blankets. Customers should follow current safe-sleep guidance and should not leave loose bedding with an unattended sleeping baby.

Keep the product away from fire and other heat sources.

10. Intellectual property

The website and its content, including the Nuzzle & Name name, logo, text, graphics, product designs, photographs and layout, are owned by or licensed to Nuzzle & Name and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may use the website for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You must not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, republish or commercially exploit our content without prior written permission.

Third-party trademarks and content remain the property of their respective owners.

11. Reviews and feedback

If you submit a review, photograph, suggestion or other feedback, you confirm that you have the right to provide it and that it does not infringe another person’s rights.

You grant us permission to use, reproduce and display submitted feedback for operating and promoting our business. We will not publish personal contact or payment information as part of a review.

We may remove content that is unlawful, misleading, abusive, offensive or infringes third-party rights.

Our website may use services supplied by third parties, including Shopify, payment processors, delivery providers and fulfilment partners.

Purchases made through this website are made directly from Nuzzle & Name. Shopify is not the seller of our products and is not responsible for fulfilling orders, providing customer service or resolving product-related issues.

Subject to applicable law, we are not responsible for indirect or unforeseeable losses resulting from the use of the website or purchase of a product.

The website may occasionally be unavailable because of maintenance, technical problems or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable where Nuzzle & Name is legally established.

If you are a consumer, this choice of law does not remove any mandatory consumer protection rights available to you under the laws of the country in which you normally reside.
